Dear 9-12 Year Old WSNLL Players and Parents:

I am the All Star Coordinator for WSNLL this spring. We have in recent years selected All Star players using manager and coach nominations and then applications of those nominated, in conjunction with open workouts, tryouts, and/or selection committees. After discussion by the Board, we have decided to add another facet to the All Star process by allowing all players interested to apply. Applications are attached depending on player age and interest. There will be one 11-12 year old team, one 11 year old team and two 9-10 year old teams. We encourage each player interested to fill out an application and return it to me or leave it in a folder in the Concession Stand beginning tomorrow. WE NEED THESE APPLICATIONS BY NO LATER THAN MAY 29.

Please fill out the entire form, including the participation availability information. All Stars is a sizeable commitment. It potentially can run from early to mid June to mid July and even beyond depending on the success of the teams. Practices are daily. There is a cost of approximately $100-125. If a player cannot cover the cost, the League has scholarships available.

Any applicant or nominee will receive information about open workouts or tryouts, if they are used as part of the selection process.
