The official Spring age is as of April 30 of the current year. The official Fall age is as of April of the coming year (upcoming Spring Season).

If more than one player in the family will register, for each additional player. First player pays the full amount. Make a note of the correct fee total for all players in the family. Scholarship: The League provides assistance to those who may not be able to afford player fees. Please send your request for a Scholarship Form to apply@wsnll.org.
Please complete and sign Player Application Form and Permission Form (one for each player). Print copies; keep one copy for your records and mail one copy with the application documents.
If the applicant player has played at WSNLL before please send the following items with the application.
- Completed and signed Player Application form and Permission Form (one for each player).

- Copy of player Birth Certificate
- Copy of Proof of Residency for parent or legal guardian (NC Driver's License, Voter Registration Card, Phone or Utility bill, player's school records)
If the applicant played at WSNLL before, you should mail the following items:

You will receive a payment receipt from PayPal. Be sure to print two copies; keep one copy for your records and mail one copy of this receipt with the application documents.
Please download a copy of the Permission Form, complete and sign. Include this in items mailed to WSNLL.
